Communication Complexity Training (Full-Day)

Helping leaders in innovation communicate clearly to achieve better outcomes.

Leadership is communication — and for no position is the task more crucial, or more fraught, than for entrepreneurial leaders. In this full day session, you will practice practical tools to communicate what’s most important and move people in the right direction, day-in and day-out.

During the one full-day training, you'll:

Simplify your message in a way that cut through complexity and enhance your leadership
Discover the science of storytelling and other techniques that improve your ability to cut through the clutter and move people forward

Unit 2: Mindset Ideas and Output

Mindset is vital when it comes to communicating

How can this be useful to the world?

Unit 3: “Using the Communication Canvas”

Explore three deceptively simple questions.

Question #1: What? What is the topic in a word or two.
Question #2: How? What actions will be taken around the topic to move it forward in a unique way?
Question #3: Why? What is the future state you’ll create? What does it look like? What’s the potential?

Walk through the structure and how to use the Communication Canvas.

Unit 4: Showing Up as a Leader

Examine the universality of performance. That’s right: no matter who you are or what you do, you’re a performer.
How to claim your space and shape your performance, no matter where you are (including online)
Integrating story and rhetoric into the canvas

The physical characteristics of status, which can help you show up the way you want to be seen.

Unit 6: Peer Coaching & Sharing

Peer Coaching Approach

Group rehearsal in trios - peer learning
Groups of 2-3 - Each person to present (speaker) to the other group members (audience) for 2-5 min
The speaker identifies what specific areas they are requiring feedback on in advance so peers observe actively
Peer Coaches provide feedback
What worked / what didn't only on the areas identified by the speaker "What worked well" and "Even better if"
Speaker actively listens to feedback without judgement
