Some gaps don’t close in a day. We guide your cohort through a phased program that delves into each part of the core method, with structured practice built in.

- Each part of the Impact Model — Simplify, Transform, Perform — gets its own session and its own practice
- Coaching runs between sessions, so people work through the challenges they’re facing as they come up
